Dixon places 2nd in Motocross championship

Mason Dixon, formerly of Cumberland, placed second in the 2014 AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tenn.This is the largest and most prestigious amateur motocross racing program. He participated in a two-step qualifying process where only 42 of the top riders in the country advanced to the national event.Following the national, Mason had the honor of becoming a member of the Cobra Factory Elite Team and Allegan Motorsports.
