Some Kentuckians tried to start or complete their kynect applications before midnight March 31 and experienced a problem.
Those Kentuckians who were not able to complete their applications but were attempting to do so, will be eligible for a special enrollment period. This special enrollment period will run until midnight EST Friday
When the reason for Special Enrollment screen comes up, applicants should select the button below and proceed with their application.
“I attest that I tried to complete an application by March 31, 2014 and had problems.“
Consumers will be able to complete their applications and select their health coverage plan. Applications must be submitted, including signing the e-signature page, by Friday. Plan selection must be completed by April 15.
If consumers need assistance in completing their applications, they can call kynect Customer Service at 1-855-4kynect (459-6328). TTY: 1-855-326-4654. Customer Service is currently open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to Midnight EST.
