Students, faculty and staff at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College, Cumberland campus, recently celebrated the 17th annual Earth Day observance at the college by planting flowers in beds adjacent to Newman Hall and the Edsel Godbey Appalachian Center. The plants were from the Friendly Village Greenhouse in Harlan, and T-shirts designed for the occasion by VIP Tees were awarded to the workers.
