Crawdad: Spring 2014 will be held April 12 at 4 p.m. on the Cumberland campus of Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKCTC).


“Captain Crawdad is a one-day, non-profit, arts festival created by students at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College in Cumberland,” said Robert Gipe, Appalachian program director for SKCTC. “It’s a multi-media festival that features visual arts created by students in the community around the county, as well as music by local and not-local bands, and a rave. We offer free T-shirts, free pizza and soda, and also a free 6- to 7-hour concert to the public.”
