Sherjoys Home and More Store has now opened at 101 Walnut Street in Harlan across from Harlan County Farm Bureau in the former call center facility.

With five rooms and a large showroom of items, you can stroll for hours looking at used, antique, hand crafted and vintage furniture, primitives, glassware, household items, candles, tarts, wall decor, scrubs, men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, wedding and prom gowns, glam sets for children, jewelry and so much more.

“We have bedding, comforter sets, quilts, just about anything you would want here at SherJoys,” said owner Sherry Brock. “I started collecting at home and it just got to be too much so I decided to open a store to share my treasures. I go to estate sales and auctions to get my items. I also have four consignors offering items for sale at this time.”

Browsing through the store, you’ll see beautiful grapevine wreaths, baskets, hand painted signs, holiday decor for every occasion, floor coverings, curtains, towels and all shapes and sizes of unique items which can be used for your home or gifting.

“We not only have antiques, but we have modern decor as well,” said Brock. “We have new items coming in daily and I post photos of new items coming in every day on my Facebook page SherJoys Home and More Store. You can check the Facebook page by 9 a.m. every morning and see the new items added each day.”

Brock said she also has appliances such as freezers, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers. She added they also have horse saddles and other pet supplies.

“Just drop by,” said Brock. “I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the large array of items we offer. We have something for every occasion you may need a unique gift for or beautiful items to decorate your home.”

Open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. SherJoys are closed on Sundays. For more information, you may call 606-273-4496 or Facebook at SherJoys Home and More Store.
