SWAP (Sharing With Appalachian People)
is mailing applications to low-income families who need assistance to make their home safe, warm, and dry.
Call 606-573-7846 to receive an application.
SWAP volunteers do low-cost repairs and provide free labor during June, July, and August. SWAP is a program of Mennonite Central Committee and has been helping families in Harlan County with home repairs since 1984.
