The Rome Area Writers will host the Writers Forum March 23 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cotton Block Hall located at 110 Broad St. The Forum will feature authors Carmen Acevedo Butcher who will discuss nonfiction, Raymond Atkins who will discuss character development, Jo.S. Kittinger who will discuss picture books and Brian Jay Corrigan who will discuss writing novels.
