Advertising is sold on a cash basis, unless credit has been established with the company. All credit accounts are due and payable by the 15th of the following month. Accounts over 30-days will be subject to the assessment of a finance charge on the balance due. Only one discount per ad will apply. Multiple discounts cannot be combined to earn a lower rate. 4.
