Beulah Watkins, 64, Loyall, died Aug. 19, 2006, at her residence.

A native and lifelong resident of Harlan County, she was a homemaker and a member of the Pathfork Holiness Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dexter and Lillie Mae Strunk Howard; two sisters: Carolyn Johnson and Linda Sue Smith; and a granddaughter, Olivia Christine England.

Survivors include her husband, Robert “Buddy” Watkins, Loyall; her children: Ken Watkins and wife, Tammy, Loyall; Denny Watkins and wife, Birdie, Corbin; and Mary England, Bowling Green; her grandchildren: Kyle, Derrick, Aaron, Kara, Logan and Jenna Watkins; and Devon and Dillon England; two brothers: Bill Howard and wife, Shirley, Grays Knob; and Bob Howard and wife, Janie, Monroe, Mich.; Margaret Warf, Louisville; a special friend, Dr. Martha Combs Woolum and her staff; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation is today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home and Tuesday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Pathfork Holiness Church.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Pathfork Holiness Church with the Rev. Everett Eads, the Rev. Robert Lee and the Rev. Jesse Kinder officiating.

Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the Pathfork Holiness Church Sunday School.
