Gary W. Whitman, 37, first-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/ drugs, improper passing, reckless driving, license to be in possession — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set April 21.
April Johnson, 34, failure to use child restraint device in vehicle, two counts of failure to wear seat belt — first charge, fined $50 (court costs waived); other charge dismissed.
