Melissa A. Rowe, 36, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs (first offense), failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance (first offense), expired or no Kentucky registration receipt —first charge, pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Nov. 25, other charges dismissed.
