Richard Fuson, 18, speeding (24 miles per hour over the limit), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), operating all-terrain vehicle on roadway — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $133 and sentenced to traffic school; other charges dismissed.

Benny W. Pace, 39, speeding (19 miles per hour over the limit), license to be in possession — continued for arraignment.

Ephraim J. Osborne, 25, speeding (16 miles per hour over the limit), operating vehicle with expired operator’s license — dismissed on warning and proof.

Samantha N. Risner, 24, five counts of failure to use child restraint device in vehicle, speeding (16 miles per hour over the limit), failure to wear seat belt, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance (first offense), failure to notify address change to the transportation department, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $250 (court costs waived); other charges dismissed on warning.

Karen S. Brock, 24, speeding (26 or more miles per hour over the limit), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, no operator’s/moped license — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $133 and sentenced to traffic school; other charges dismissed.

Zackery W. Walley, 22, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), operating all-terrain vehicle on roadway, operating all-terrain vehicle without headgear, license to be in possession — first charge, amended to no insurance card, pleaded guilty, fined $100 (court costs waived) on the first three charges; other charge dismissed.

Teddy King Jr., 29, operating vehicle with expired operator’s license, license to be in possession, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — continued for arraignment.

Ashley Rouse, 26, obstructed vision and/or windshield, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), license plate not illuminated, failure to give or improper signal, license to be in possession — continued for arraignment.

Jeffery A. Lewis, 23, first-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to wear seat belt, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure to notify address change to the transportation department — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Feb. 9.

Tabitha L. Sergent, 25, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), operating vehicle with one headlight — continued for arraignment Dec. 7.
