Homer D. Blevins, 68, speeding (five miles per hour over the limit), two counts of improper equipment, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, license plate not legible — dismissed on repair and proof.

April L. Gilley, 22, speeding (20 miles per hour over the limit), failure to notify address change to the transportation department, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — dismissed on emergency and proof.

Pamela L. Farmer, 35, speeding (26 or more miles per hour over the limit), expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle — first charge, amended to improper equipment, pleaded guilty, fined $143; other charges dismissed on proof.

Nicole D. Franks, 24, speeding (17 miles per hour over the limit), failure to notify address change to the transportation department — dismissed on repair and proof.

Edd Roddy, 65, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — dismissed on proof.

Angela S. Brock, 35, speeding (15 miles per hour over the limit), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense) — dismissed on emergency and proof.

Barbara K. Middleton, 37, speeding (18 miles per hour over the limit), failure to produce insurance card — dismissed on emergency and proof.

Herman B. Polly, 19, expired temporary plate, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, instructional permit violations — dismissed on proof.

Jessica Simon, 21, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting, under $300) — pleaded guilty, fined $233 and sentenced to 30 days in jail (probated for 24 months).

Natasha Saylor, 33, speeding (23 miles per hour over the limit), reckless driving, operating vehicle with one headlight, improper equipment, license plate not illuminated, improper display of registration plate, license plate not legible — first charge, amended to speeding (13 miles per hour over the limit), pleaded guilty, fined $26 (court costs waived); other charges dismissed.

Keith Cox, 48, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence with minor injury) — pleaded guilty, fined $233 and sentenced to 60 days in jail (probated for 24 months).

Amanda Reddington, 21, alcohol intoxication in a public place (third offense or more), second-degree disorderly conduct — continued for arraignment.

Rose M. Pierce, 42, failure to wear seat belt, license plate not illuminated, failure to produce insurance card, first-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, prescription drug in improper container (first offense), use/possession of drug paraphernalia (first offense), failure to give or improper signal, excessive window tinting (windshield) — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Jan. 26.

David R. Smith, 50, two counts of expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), failure to produce insurance card — failed to appear for hearing.

Robbie Curtis, 21, failure to wear seat belt — pleaded guilty, fined $25.
