Jamie L. Stewart, 31, speeding (26 or more miles per hour over the limit) — pleaded guilty, fined $133 and sentenced to traffic school.

Marcus Hollingsworth, 31, violation of Kentucky E.P.O. — pleaded guilty, sentenced to 120 days in jail.
Arthur Neal, 40, alcohol intoxication in a public place (first offense) — continued for arraignment.
Clem Shepherd Jr., 42, two counts of violating federal safety regulations — dismissed.
Oney M. Caudill, 28, failure to wear seat belt — pleaded guilty, fined $25.
Jerry G. Joseph, 19, second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/ drugs — pleaded guilty, fined $858, operator’s license suspended 12 months and sentenced to 14 days in jail and driving school.

Eric A. Huff, 24, second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/ drugs — pleaded guilty, fined $858, operator’s license suspended 12 months and sentenced to 28 days in jail.
Christie Durham, 34, license plate not illuminated, failure to wear seat belt, first-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/ drugs, prescription drug in improper container (first offense) — jury trial set Feb. 16.

David Baldwin, 43, second-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense), possession of marijuana — preliminary hearing scheduled Nov. 9.
Alan Dabney, 46, alcohol intoxication in a public place (first offense) — failed to appear for hearing.
Raymond Moses, 29, alcohol intoxication in a public place (first offense) — pleaded guilty, fined $25 (court costs waived).
Abelino Torres, 38, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence with minor injury), alcohol intoxication in a public place (first offense) — first charge, amended to disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, fined $208 on both charges.
Catise Latham, 24, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting, under $300) — pretrial conference set Dec. 1.
Christie D. Durham, 34, second-degree disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault (with minor injury), resisting arrest — dismissed at request of complaining party.
William G. Delph, 25, trafficking marijuana (8 ounces or less, first offense) — pleaded guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail (court costs waived).
George Hensley, 47, falsely reporting an incident — pleaded guilty, sentenced to 39 days in jail.
Kenneth F. Cox, 35, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), operating vehicle on suspended/ revoked operator’s license — dismissed.
Christopher D, Mason, 38, second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, inadequate silencer (muffler) — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $858, operator’s license suspended 12 months and sentenced to seven days in jail and driving school; other charge dismissed.
Stuart B. Lemarr, 29, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to produce insurance card — jury trial continues Feb. 16.
Nancy C. Hunt-McCoy, 46, failure to wear seat belt — dismissed on warning.
Joshua N. Blanton, 26, fourth-degree assault (with minor injury) — jury trial set Jan. 5.
Angelina R. Greene, 18, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting, under $300) — pleaded guilty, fined $233 and sentenced to 30 days in jail (probated for 24 months) and ordered to stay out of Don’s Super Saver.
Allison Shanks, 34, second-degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense) — pretrial conference set Nov. 2.
Carla Marie Day, 26, first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (first offense) — presented to grand jury.

Dennis Branim, 43, fourth-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs — amended to third-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/ drugs, jury trial set Feb. 16 (bond set at 10 percent of $7,500).
