Arvin Fee, 44, second-degree criminal mischief, alcohol intoxication in a public place - pleaded not guilty, jury trial set March 6.

Jimmy M. Gilbert, 50, second-degree criminal mischief, alcohol intoxication in a public place (third offense or more within 12 months) - pleaded not guilty, jury trial set March 6.

Byron K. Howard, 49, theft by deception (under $300) - failed to appear for hearing (bond set at $1,000 full cash).
