Delbert Collett age 65, of Harlan, KY passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012 in Louisville, KY following a long illness. Delbert was born January 21, 1947 in Roark, KY to the late Ralph and Virginia Collett. He was a loving husband, father, and brother. He was a truck driver most of his life and believed in the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Thelma Goodman and Ruth Collett; two brothers, Allen Collett and Robert Collett.

He is survived by his wife Pauline Collett; his son Delbert James Collett ; his daughter Rebecca Collett; six grandchildren, Alexander, Caitlyn, Jacob, Tyler, Joshua, and Lyndsy; brothers, Michael Collett, Sam Collett (Jane), Hargis Collett; sisters, Lucy Gurley (Mike), and Karen Roark (Dennis).

Fuenral services were held in Louisville Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Burial will be at Stanfill Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
