Donald Ray Campbell 65, of Lexington, Ky. Formerly of Harlan, Ky. Passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012 at the Pine Meadows Health Care following an extended illness. He was born September 14, 1947 to the late Charles L. & Mary Elizabeth Campbell. Mr. Campbell was a retired computer programmer having last worked for Laurel Grocery. He also believed in the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death other than his parents by one sister; Annabelle Pendleton & husband Eugene.

Survivors include nieces and nephews; Stephanie Pendleton Story of Lexington, Ky. Stephen Pendleton of Baxter, Ky. Mark Pendleton of Harlan, Ky. & Teresa Pendleton of Lexington, Ky. Great nieces & nephews; Carissa Armbruster of Concord, NC. LaCosta Cozart of Baxter, Ky. Timmy Gabbard of Lexington, Ky. Whitney Lunsford of Lexington, Ky. And several Great-Great nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.

Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Cemetery of Keith, Ky. With Dennis Johnson officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
