Volunteers Teresa and Henry Hughes load Jim “Muggins” Bennett’s Empty Stocking Fund boxes which were distributed on Saturday to needy families in the Tri-Cities area. Each year over 600 boxes are delivered filled with toys and groceries. Also helping with the event were school children from the Louisville area and Harlan County Drug Court participants.
