Josephine Virginia Marsili, age 81, of Lynch, Kentucky passed from this life on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Tri-Cities Nursing & Rehabilitation Center following a long illness. She was born on November 10, 1931, unto the union of the late Verda & Axie Bradford Patterson. She was a member of the Church of the Resurrection and the Ladies Alter Society.

She is preceded in death by her husband Lee Marsili and sisters, Shelby Tallent & Dolly Wilhoit.

She leaves to mourn her passing two sons, Fred and Gino Marsili both of Lynch, Kentucky and a daughter, Mia Marsili of Lynch, Kentucky, sister, Cleo Webb of Lynch, Kentucky and grandson, Bradford Marsili of Richmond, Kentucky.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 10, 2012, from 6-8 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home in Lynch.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 11, 2012, at 1 pm. from the Funeral Home with Rev. Hugh Webb officiating.

Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers and Don (Pig) Allen will be honorary pallbearer.

Burial will follow in the Monte Vista Cemetery at Cumberland, KY.

In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested all contributions be sent to the Church of the Resurrection in Lynch, Kentucky.

Johnson Funeral Home, Lynch, Kentucky, is entrusted with arrangements.
