Kentucky State Police troopers arrested two Knox County residents on charges of trafficking marijuana over 8 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia on Monday.
Troopers went to the residence of Ernie and Vonda Rhodes located off of KY 1809 in Knox County and served a search warrant. A search of the residence allegedly turned up $440 in cash and approximately 10 ounces of marijuana. Ernie Rhodes was additionally charged with operating motor vehicle under the influence.
The case is being investigated by Trooper Kenny Sergent. Others assisting were Sgt. Jimmy Young, troopers Marcus Williams, Tyson Lawson and Chad Gregory assisted at the scene.
