A native of Harlan County, Blevins was an assembly worker for more than 30 years with the Disabled American Veterans in Cold Springs.

She believed in the Pentecostal faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Farmer Blevins; her parents: George Bullock and Alice Barr Bullock; three sisters: Susie Bullock Blanton, Beatrice Glenn Bullock and Addie Bullock; and five brothers: Andrew Bullock, Guy Bullock, Lawrence Bullock Jr., Thomas William "Bill" Bullock and Roy Lee Bullock.

Survivors include three stepchildren: Theresa Campbell and husband, Bill, Gray; Denise Rice and husband, Doug, Lily; and Shelly Blevins and fiance, George Middleton, Lily: five grandchildren: Jade Campbell, Matthew Campbell, Andrea Rice, Kevin Rice and Joshua Middleton; nieces and nephews: Jerry Johnson, Patsy Lee Stewart, Norma Jean Martin, Bruce Bullock, Larry Bullock, Shirley Middleton, Barbara Still, Alice Underwood, Claudia Gay Sharp, Kenneth Bullock, Michael Lee Bullock, Jim Blanton, Bill Blanton, Delbert Blanton, Brenda Kelly and Helen Gladden; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, friends and relatives.

Visitation will be held today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Evarts Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Don Johnson officiating.

Burial will follow at the Evarts Memorial Gardens.

Evarts Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
