Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Louise Noe and her siblings.
She leaves behind 7 nieces and nephews ; 16 grand nieces and nephews; their children; and many friends in Harlan.
Visitation is Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon with Service immediately following at 12:00 Noon all in Harlan Church of God, Harlan, KY.
Interment in Resthaven Cemetery, Baxter, KY.
