Norma was preceded in death by husband, Joe Worthington; sons, James and Bill Worthington.
She is survived by 3 children, Charles (Bertha) Worthington of Loyall, Tony (Linda) Worthington of Florida and Rita (Earl) Brock of Evarts; 1 brother, Eugene Bays of Wallins; 2 sisters, Irene Summers of Ohio and Betty Burkhart of Virginia; grandchildren, Shane (Brittney) Worthington, Travis Brock, Eric Noe, Earl Michael Brock, Kelly Cross, Melinda Brock, Michelle, Amber, Whitney, and Loren Garrett; ex daughter in law, Donna Worthington. She leaves a host of other relatives and friends.
Cremation has been chosen and all services will be private.
