The Harlan County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant Friday at a residence in Putney and made four arrests. Those arrested above, from left, include Bobbie Skidmore, 38, of Irvine, for second- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance; Robin Culberson, 45, of Harlan, for second- and third-degree trafficking a controlled substance; Lucille Johnson, 66, of Loyall, for second-degree trafficking a controlled substance; and Clarissa Shipp, 41, of Putney, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Lipfird said one firearm, $925 in cash and a quantity of pills were seized at the residence.
