Regina was born in Harlan on Aug. 29, 1959, a 1977 graduate of Evarts High School she went on to receive a degree from Lincoln Memorial University in 1981. She married Darius Richardson on July 2, 1995 in Wise, VA and moved to Toledo, OH until his death.
She is survived by 1 sister, Cynthia Anderson of Detroit, MI; 2 brothers, William (Melvin) Holts, Jr. of South Carolina and Toddy E. Anderson of Harlan, one Godson, Joshua Foster of Eastbrook and many other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, S.V. & Charlena Berry Anderson; 3 sisters, Ann Anderson, Betty Higginbottom, and Teresa Hoggsett.
The family has chosen Cremation services by the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
