A flag dedication ceremony was held on the Cumberland campus of Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College on Wednesday. Three flags were raised during the event — the SKCTC flag by Southeast students, the Kentucky flag by employees of the college and the American flag by the Harlan County JROTC. Members of the Harlan County JROTC unfolded the American flag during the ceremony.
