Thelma “Tonnie” Middleton 67, of Cawood, Ky. Passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born December 12, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland. Mrs. Middleton was a retired Teachers Aide having been employed by the Cawood Elementary School. She also believed in the Church of God Faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Bill & Willie Mae Campbell. Daughter; Julie Hensley. Two sisters; Patricia Pike & Freddie Campbell.

Survivors include her husband; Hobert Middleton of Cawood, Ky. Lisa Shepherd, Hobert Dewayne Middleton, Sheila Middleton & George Pyle Middleton all of Cawood, Ky. 10 Grandchildren & 4 Great grandchildren. Brother; Frank Campbell of Kenvir, Ky. And several other relatives and friends also survive. The family would like to send a special thank you to; Rhonda Rae Robinson & Darla Carter Heflin.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at 2 PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the Rev. John Carter & Darla Carter Heflin officiating. Burial will follow in the Middleton Family Cemetery of Cawood, Ky.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 11 AM to 2PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home.
