He was preceded in death by his daughter: Kelly Cooper, brother: Tony Miller and his beloved grandmother: Mildred.
Tommy leaves his wife: Jody Swanson Cooper, Mother: Joann Garland and father H.J. Cooper. His children: Kayla, Randall, Daniel, Tommy H. and Leann. Step daughters: Daisy McKenzie and husband, Joe and Amy Lively, and husband Brent. Brothers: Randy Garland and wife Rita, and Dale “Dew” Garland. Special nephew: Casey Garland. Special Aunt and Uncles: Phyllis and Brad Garland, Roger Dale and Terry Miller. Along with a host of other family members and friends.
Special friends: Steven and Robin Magnani.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, December. 28, 2012 from 3:00 until 6:00 PM with funeral services to follow at 6:00 with Rev. Glenn Bradley officiating.
Family and friends will gather Saturday. December 29, at 12:00 Noon at Rogers Cemetery for graveside services.
