Felicia Hopkins, 31, was arrested by Harlan County sheriff’s deputy Josh Howard on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Howard also served four warrants on Hopkins for probation violation charges.
It is alleged on the indictment warrant that Hopkins had in her possession a plastic bag containing cocaine residue, black digital scales with residue, one razor blade and Ziploc baggies.
In other police news:
-- Theodore F. Fox, 36, of Evarts, was arrested by deputy Eddie Jones on charges of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, trafficking a legend drug, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
It is alleged that Fox had in his possession approximately 88 mg of crack cocaine, seven tablets containing oxycodone, 83 Tramadol pills and a razor blade.
-- William Paul Carroll, 27, of Cranks, was arrested by Harlan City Police officer George Young on charges of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
-- Teanna Maria Cansler, 29, of Wallins, was arrested by Young on a charge of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
-- Tammy Lynn Ison, 43, of Totz, was arrested by deputy Danny Lewis on charges of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance and first-degree criminal trespassing.
-- Billy Ray Price, 41, of Evarts, was arrested by Evarts City Police officer Owen Noe on charges of third-degree assault, terroristic threatening, menacing, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of an accident and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
