Edward Reese, 25, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating vehicle on suspended/revoked operator’s license, no operator’s/moped license, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree assault (police officer), two counts of third-degree terroristic threatening, menacing, failure to produce insurance card — waived to grand jury.
Betty R. Drew, 50, reckless driving, second-degree fleeing or evading police (in motor vehicle), second-degree wanton endangerment (police officer) — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $183; other charges dismissed.
Debbie Hensley, third-degree terroristic threatening — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Feb. 19.
Christopher Owens, 23, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, reckless driving, second-degree wanton endangerment — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Feb. 5.

Eddie Reese, 25, failure to wear seat belt, license to be in possession — pleaded guilty, fined $75 (court costs waived).
