She was born May 17, 1928 in Jackson Co., KY.
She was preceded in by her parents, Henry and Mary Wells Callahan; 3 daughters, Dorothy, Brenda, and Kathy. 2 brothers, Coleman and Corum Callahan; 1 sister, Thelma Turner.
She is survived by 6 children, John & wife Sharon of Monroe, MI, Earl of Tennessee, Paul and wife Linda of Baxter, David of Bledsoe, Bob and wife Mary of Wallins, and Vicky; 2 sisters, Delphine Brock and Dalphane Miniard of Evarts; 2 brothers, Dexter and Owen Callahan of Bledsoe; several grandchildren and great grandchildren survive.
In keeping with her wishes, private services were held with burial in the Huff Cemetery at Bledsoe, KY.
