Brittany Carver, 19 of Evarts, is seen with her newborn baby daughter Lillie Grace, who was the only baby born at the Harlan ARH Hospital on Dec. 12, or what many are referring to as 12-12-12. Lillie was born at 1:41 p.m. and delivered by Dr. Ramon Gonzalez. She weighs 7 pounds and 6 ounces and is 21 inches long. Not pictured is Brittany’s husband and Lillie’s father, Jason Carver.
