A Mercer County 4-H Club member goes flying by on the zip line at the Black Mountain Thunder park in Evarts. The Mercer County 4-H Club was at the park on Friday. According to Mercer County Extension Agent for 4-H and Youth Development Dana Anderson, the group was at the park as a reward for completing a number of tasks for the club. “We’re looking at bringing more groups down later on this year or early spring,” said Anderson.“It’s been a blast, the kids have really conquered some fears and seen some beautiful countryside. It’s just been a great time.”
