UPDATE ON SHOOTING:
KSP Public Affairs Officer Shane Jacobs released more information Sunday on the shooting at Rosspoint on Saturday night.
Jacobs told news media that the shooting was possibly drug-related and that Damiano Delaney had been shot multiple times inside the residence.
Jacobs said Delaney's body had apparently been removed from inside the residence to outside, and it appeared that the suspects were attempting to dispose of Delaney's body.
Jacobs said the suspects were arrested in the yard outside the residence where the shooting occurred.
Delaney's body has been sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.

Kentucky State Police Det. Jason Joseph has arrested Jody Cooper and Justin Miller and charged them with the murder of Damiano Delaney.
KSP Sgt. Jackie Pickrell said in a press release on Sunday that Post 10 received a call around 10 p.m. Saturday in reference to a possible murder at 1413 HWY 522 at Rosspoint.
Harlan County Deputy Coroner Jim Rich pronounced Delaney dead at the scene.
Pickrell said when units arrived they discovered
Delaney, 30, deceased in the yard. Two men were arrested at the scene and transported to the Harlan County Detention Center.
Cooper, 25, has been charged with murder, abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree robbery. Miller, 28, has been charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.
The case remains under investigation by Det. Jason Joseph.
