Fatality reported at ATV park

A 22-year-old Wolfe County woman was fatally injured in an off-road ATV accident on Saturday at the Black Mountain Off-Road Adventure Park at Evarts. Police said Latosha Osborne, of Hazel Green, was a passenger in the vehicle, which apparently flipped several times down a hill, ejecting and coming to rest on top of her. Harlan County Rescue Squad personnel were dispatched to the scene, along with LifeCare Ambulance Service. Osborne was pronounced dead at the scene by Harlan County deputy coroner Jim Rich. The incident is under investigation by KSP Trooper Joey Brigmon. He was assisted by Trooper Joshua Brashears.
