Businesses in the Village Center Mall hosted the second annual “Christmas in the Village” event on Sunday. Along with refreshments and door prizes, the Tony Dean Family (dressed in red), of Pounding Mill, Pauline Patterson, (second from left), of Corbin, and Phil Cross (center), of Chattanooga, Tenn., provided an evening of gospel music entertainment for a crowd of more than 150. Also performing, but not pictured was Connie Helton, of Harlan.
