Residents and workers in the city of Loyall who haven’t purchased their 2013 city stickers may soon be ticketed for violating the city ordinance. During the Loyall City Council meeting on Monday, Mayor Clarence Longworth told council he had instructed Chief of Police Mike Lunsford to begin ticketing those in violation immediately.
