Anthony Cloud Two men have been arrested by the Kentucky State Police for theft. Eugene Greene Jr., 27, of Hulen, and Gary D. Hoskins, 32, of Hulen, were arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking. The two were arrested by KSP Trooper Donald Perry.
