A Wallins man is facing charges which include burglary following an investigation into an incident that occurred at the home of Robert Hartwick in February. Josh Greene, 31, was arrested Tuesday by Kentucky State Police Trooper Jared Boggs. According to the warrant, Greene unlawfully entered Hartwick’s residence sometime between Feb. 8 and Feb. 14. An early morning fire in Lynch destroyed a duplex home at 248 West Main.
