Bell Co. grand jury indicts 3 from Harlan
Three Harlan County residents have been named in separate indictments returned by a Bell County Grand Jury. Ashley N. Burkhart, 27, of Evarts, was indicted on the charge theft by deception over $300 and five counts of theft by deception under $300.
