A native of Baxter, she was a former member of the Broadway Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Corbin and Stady Wells Howard.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph Vernon Williams; three daughters: Pamela Clausen, Paducah; Janice Larson, York, Neb.; and Joy Cook, Paducah; and two brothers: Ralph Howard, Benham and Harlan Howard, Harlan; and six grandchildren.
There will be no visitation.
Private graveside services will be conducted at a later date.
