The Lady Cats took advantage of 19 hits and seven Harlan errors to score in each inning but one.
Bell look the lead for good in the first inning as Tia Brown belted a run-scoring double, and Jessica Turner followed with an RBI single. Two more runs scored on a Harlan error.
The Lady Dragons pushed a run across in the second as Tierra Sundy singled and came home on Misti Jones' double.
After holding Bell scoreless in the second, Harlan cut the lead to 4-2 as Megan White singled and Megan Ball drove her in with a double. But Bell broke loose in the bottom of the third, scoring four runs on four hits and another Harlan miscue.
Kacy Denny hit a one-out double and scored on Brittany Partin's single. Courtney Evans drove Partin in with a single, and another run scored as Lauren Mace reached on an error. Tia Brown capped the inning with an RBI single.
Evans hit a two-run single in the fourth to bring the lead to 10-2 before Harlan staged a rally in the fifth.
Jessica Rice and Ball led off with consecutive singles. Julie Thomas brought in two runs with a double and then scored as Brandy Joseph reached on a Bell error.
Bell got a run back in the home half of the inning as Katie Nelson hit a leadoff double and scored on an Erica Baker groundout. The Lady Cats ended the game in the sixth as Evans, Mace and Brown each hit run-scoring singles to trigger the 10-run rule.
Evans led Bell with four singles and four RBI. Turner and Brown each added a double and two singles while Mace singled three times. Denny had a double and a single while Partin added two singles. Nelson had a double and Tonya Turner added a single.
Ball led Harlan at the plate with a double and two singles. Thomas had a double and a single while Rice had two singles. Jones added a double with White and Sundy each contributing one single.
Erica Baker picked up her first win since rejoining the team earlier this week. She gave up five runs on 10 hits in six innings. She struck out three and walked three.
Rice suffered the loss for Harlan. She allowed 15 runs on 19 hits and three walks. She struck out one.
Bell County (6-6) will visit Lynn Camp today while Harlan (3-7) travels to Corbin for a 5:30 p.m. game.
