She was retired from Wal-Mart and Kentucky Fried Chicken where she worked for 20 years. She was a member of the Church of God of the Union Assembly for 60 years and served as Sunday School clerk and secretary for almost 40 years. She was a Kentucky Colonel and a member of the Harlan County Homemakers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Josephine Collins Radovich; three children: Carol Dawn Farley Patkus, Peggy Delila Farley and Henry Dewayne Farley; one brother, Carlie Combs; and one sister, Ruby Irene Combs.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene Edward Farley, Harlan; eight children: Ronnie Farley and wife, Victoria; Mike Farley, Penny Farley, Roy Farley and wife, Elizabeth; Kay Farley Ball and husband, Jim; and Clyde Ray Farley, all of Harlan; Carlie Farley and wife, Jamie, Dayhoit; Sherri Farley Petrey and husband, Owen, Knoxville, Tenn.; one daughter-in-law, Donna Disney Farley, Wallins; one sister, Doraene Radovich Ball, Fla.; three sisters-in-laws: Nadine Combs, Carrollton, Ill.; Margie Farley, Indianapolis; and Bosa Radovich, Barr, Yugoslavia; 25 grandchildren: Justin Farley and wife, Cecile, Carla Farley and fiancee Dustin Seals, Vincentina Farley, Karen Farley and Jimmy Joe Ball, all of Harlan; Carma Farley Carmical and husband, Stewart, Coldiron; Ronnie Farley Jr. and wife, Susan, Clarksville, Tenn.; Rob Farley and wife, Jennifer, Closplint; Tanda Farley McCauley and husband, Jay, York, S.C.; Stanley Farley and wife, Melinda, Chris Farley, Susan Farley, Wallins; Darius Ball and wife, Shannon, Manchester; Cody Farley, Tennessee; Nanci Patkus Smilie and husband, Scott, Chicago; Mindy Petrey, Owen Petrey III, Michael Petrey and Beth Petrey, all of Rio Vista; Madelyn Farley, Thomas Petrey and Katie Walker, all of Dayhoit; 16 great-grandchildren: Emily Farley, Raven Cole Ison, Heath Bennett, Wyatt Rossi, Brooke Farmer and Joseph Farley, all of Harlan; Rachel, Caleb and Daniel Delane Carmical, all of Coldiron; Hunter McCauley, York, S.C.; Brittany, Alex and Sarah Farley, all of Clarksville, Tenn.; Alex Swanson and Stephen Smilie, Chicago; and Darion Ball, Manchester; special friends: Paul and Sherry Pratt and Charlie and Joy Pratt and several family and friends.
Visitation is today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Church of God of the Union Assembly in Keith.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Paul F. Pratt, Charlon Brafford and Sonny Jones officiating.
Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery in Keith.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Mount Pleasant Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
