Randy Jenkins, 32, third-offense drunken driving, license plate not illuminated, driving on a suspended license (first offense), fourth-degree assault (minor injury) first three charges, pleaded guilty, license suspended 24 months, sentenced to 60 days in jail and driving school; other charge dismissed.

Samuel V. Mills, 30, reckless driving, expired or no registration plates, second-degree fleeing or evading a police officer, disregarding traffic control device first two charges, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 20 days in jail; other charges dismissed.

Molly K. Mullins, 25, second-offense drunken driving, operating vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator's license, expired or no registration plates, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, no insurance (first offense) first two charges, pleaded guilty, fined $700.50, license suspended 12 months and sentenced to seven days and driving school.

Gary Wayne Nolan Jr., 19, alcohol intoxication pleaded guilty, three days in jail.
