Owens was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Make and Carrie Goldsberry Gailey.
Survivors include two daughters: Carrie Sue Gailey and Angela Louise Collins, both of Cawood; one brother, Tony Gailey and wife, Nicole, Baxter; five sisters: Ruby Davis, Indiana; Annie Gross and husband, Dewayne, Wisconsin; Tammy Fannon and husband, Terry, Cranks; Sandy Hensley and husband, Robert, Tremont; and Sally Pennington and husband, Gary, North Carolina; and several aunts and uncles and other relatives.
Visitation is Sunday after 1 p.m. at Anderson & Laws Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
Anderson & Laws Funeral Home is in charge with arrangements.
