A native of Bell County, he was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Matt Partin and Lonni Bell Fletcher Partin; a daughter, Rusetta Mc Donald; one granddaughter, Darlene Steinberg; and seven brothers and sisters.
Survivors include five children: Jimmy Partin and wife, Lu Ann, Dayton, Ohio; Andy Lee Partin and wife, Wilma, Christianburg, Ohio; Billy Ray Partin and wife, Annette, Midway, Ohio; Larry Partin and wife, Janet, Springboro, Ohio; and Brenda Bishop, Dayton, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation is Tuesday from noon to 2 p.m. at Creech Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel.
Friends of the family will serve as pallbearers.
Creech Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
