He was employed as a coal miner with U.S. Steel in Lynch and was a member of the VFW.

He believed in the Pentecostal faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Bertha Mosley, Bell County.

Survivors include his wife, Agnes Duff, Cumberland; two children: Troy Duff, Cumberland; and Raney Decker, Lexington; four grandchildren: Bruce Duff, Michael Duff, Brandon Decker and Sarah Sellards; special nieces and nephews: Patricia Ralston, Sam Duff, Brenda Morris and Pat Scopa; and many other nieces and nephews; and one great-grandchild, Noah Sellards.

Visitation was on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Day & Jones Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted today at noon at Cumberland Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Ernest Brock and the Rev. Mike Blair officiating.

Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery with military rites conducted.

Brandon Decker, James Brock, Joe Brashears, James Brown, Michael Duff and Jay Gluck will serve as pallbearers.

Day & Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
