A native of Letcher County, she resided in Harlan most of her life and was a homemaker and a member of River Ridge Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John Millard Baker and Beulah Johnson Baker.
Survivors include her husband, Lewis Hensley, Harlan; her step-mother, Debbie Baker Owens, Knoxville, Tenn.; two daughters: Wendy Brock and husband, Jeremy, Wallins; Crystal Brock and husband, Joey, Harlan; a step-daughter, Amber Nicole Hensley, Georgia; one brother, Rocky Baker and wife, Linda, Putney; and four grandchildren: Tristin Brock, Cheyenne Duff, Shawn Brock and Bell Madison Brock.
Visitation is Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Harlan Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Bill Moore officiating.
Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
