The Lady Tigers have been also-rans for the past six years while they shared a district with Jackson County during their four-year domination, then another two years of Rockcastle County's rule. Now, with Rockcastle County moving to the 12th Region due to KHSAA realignment, the Lady Tigers are primed for their ninth trip to the Sweet 16 under Gray.
The following is the Enterprise's annual review of the just-finished season and preview of the one to come. Now that I have taken the mantle of girls basketball know-it-all from John Henson, the duty falls to me.
