She was a former registered nurse, receiving her nursing degree from Johnson Memorial Hospital and her BSN degree in nursing at Eastern Kentucky University. She worked for Valley View Community Hospital, Lynch Medical Services, Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital, Lonesome Pine Hospital and Britthaven of Tri-Cities. She was a member of Benham United Methodist Church and also attended Liggett Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lucy Colson Marsh; one son, Robert Dennis Hall; and one sister, Lou Edith Owens.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond "Ike" Hall, Benham; two sons: Roger Hall, Benham; and Douglas Hall, Jeffersonville, Ind.; three brothers: David Marsh, Calhoun, Ga.; R.C. Marsh, Lexington; and Buddy Marsh, Benham; one sister, Betsy Stagnolia, Monticello; and three grandchildren: Ryan Hall, Lynch; Dennie Hall, Maryville, Tenn.; and Brionna Hall, Knoxville.

Visitation is today from 6 to 9 p.m. and after 11 a.m. Tuesday at Tri-City Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Williams officiating.

Burial will follow in Benham Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Roger Raleigh, Donnie Browning, Roger Sturgill, Brian Browning, Marvin Goins and Willie Enix.

Tri-City Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
